Bz4x Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the official terms and conditions governing all users' use of the bz4x platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the bz4x platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bz4x ("Platform"). Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

The bz4x platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bz4x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is received.

Use of this platform is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in any activity on the platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bz4x. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. bz4x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your identification card, passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the bz4x support team immediately.

  • Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
  • Bz4x will never ask for your password via email or chat.
  • Two-step verification is strongly recommended for added security.
  • Any attempt to access another person's account is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Bz4x platform users agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Fraud & manipulation: Any form of fraud, use of automated software (bots), hacking, or manipulation of the gaming system is strictly prohibited.
  • Money laundering: The bz4x platform may not be used for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activities.
  • Promotion abuse: Attempting to abuse bonuses, promotions, or other incentives through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods is strictly prohibited.
  • Cyber attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the bz4x platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Inappropriate content: Users may not submit offensive or threatening content, or content that infringes the rights of others, through any communication feature on the platform.

Bz4x reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the bz4x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and bank transfers to major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and Public Bank.

Deposits made into a bz4x account are final once confirmed by the payment system. bz4x is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or payment service providers.

Regarding withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section, depending on the withdrawal method selected.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the bz4x account holder.
  • Bz4x reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
  • Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or government authorities are the user's sole responsibility.

Bz4x reserves the right to freeze any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms pending the completion of an investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

The bz4x platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. bz4x is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Financial losses arising from game outcomes or betting activity.
  • Unauthorised access to your account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

Bz4x reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed at the user's request, any valid credit balance will be returned after the review process is complete. However, if the account closure is due to a breach of these terms, bz4x reserves the right to withhold or cancel the relevant credit balance.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the bz4x platform are the exclusive property of bz4x or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from bz4x.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The bz4x platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers, payment processors, or analytics services. bz4x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately.

Changes to These Terms

Bz4x reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the platform. bz4x will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bz4x platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through legal proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
